Cold fruit soups were on the menu for several nights. The waiter would bring an empty bowl with only a bit of fruit in the middle. Then from a small pitcher he would pour the soup into the bowl. Quite a presentation. This was strawberry soup. The dessert for lunch the last day was a pastry with ice cream in the middle and it looked like a swan.
