We started the month at HersheyPark having fun riding roller coasters. Back at home we had to get ready for school. Ben and his friend, Dan did get a few pool days in. Joey continued his cross country running practice. Then school started for Ben on Aug 17 and for Joey on Aug. 19. Good start to the school year with Joey in 11th grade and Ben in the 7th grade. Phew - how did they get so old?TJ had his birthday so the Baby Dog is 2! Still acts like a baby. He loves popcorn. He runs around and is so excited when he hears it popping in the microwave. He just can't wait until it is done and Dave will give him some. This is a bribe so that TJ will like him. Otherwise TJ is still very attached to me - literally.
I went to the Lazy Daze Craft Show, my favorite late summer activity.
Joey made the JV Cross Country Team so he was able to go to Charlotte for the Providence Invitational, where he made 6th place and won a medal. Way to Go, Joe!
