On our recent trip to Maryland, we were able to eat some delicious steamed hard crabs. These are one of our favorite things to eat and one of the things we miss by living in North Carolina. For the uninitiated, you have to take off the shell and find and then pick out the meat. It is messy but delicious. You eat these things on a newspaper covered table and just pile up your shells until the shell pile is bigger than the uneaten crab pile. When you are done you just dump everything in the trash can. It is great!
