Monday Fort Myers

Today, we had fun at Fort Myers. First we visited Thomas Edison's and Henry Ford's winter estates. Therer was a bunch of exotic plants, and a museum full of inventions. It was all very interesting. Then we headed to the beach. There I played with my new skim board. (Its like a surf board used as a skateboard. Its used in the very shallow water after the waves crash.) Then, Dad and I went Parasailing! it was really really cool! we went out on a boat and they hooked us on to a gaint red parachute and let us fly through the air! we were about 600 feet in the air above the Gulf of Mexico, floating on nothing but air. so day 4 of our Florida adventure: a very good day.
